Landscaping Committee
What We Do
This committee’s duties include but are not limited to working closely with
the landscaper and other contractors to ensure proper maintenance is done along with coordinating
seasonal flower installation, pine straw applications, fertilizer applications, maintenance of detention
pond, and overseeing maintenance and repairs of the irrigation system. This committee could also
oversee any special improvement projects that the association agrees to fund.
