What Is This Site?
This site was created to facilitate constant communication between the Home Owners Association Board Members and the homeowners of Long’s Pond Estates. Forms and other subdivision related documents are easily accessed and always available for download and review. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) wants to ensure our community continues to stay a desirable place to live for all homeowners. Not only are we proud to state where we live but this also helps to ensure our property will be desirable to the next family who comes along when a homeowner decides to sell.
