What is the ARC and who are it's current members?
The ARC is the Long's Pond Estates Architectural Review Committee. The ARC currently meets once a month or more often if needed. The ARC is responsible for making sure that each homeowner is in compliance with the architectural guidelines. The ARC also reviews applications sent in by any homeowner and makes sure the item that the homeowner applies for meets the guidelines and beautifies the neighborhood. The ARC is also responsible for handling complaints about architectural related items such as fences, decks, driveways, porches, etc.
